Since our founding in 2019, Linkiss has been committed to transforming the way the world experiences Korean medical tourism. What began as a vision to connect global patients with trusted Korean clinics has grown into a platform that now spans more than ten countries and serves hundreds of partners worldwide.

In the past year, we achieved milestones that once seemed distant: being selected for the Qatar Foundation's QSTP incubation program, establishing a resident presence at KTO Singapore and GBC Shenzhen, and deepening our footprint across Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and beyond.

Our platform, FaceOn, continues to evolve — with AI-powered real-time translation making consultations more seamless, and data-driven tools helping both patients and clinics make better decisions. We are proud of what this community has built together.

As we look to the year ahead, we remain guided by our core mission: to make Korean medical expertise more transparent, more accessible, and more trusted — for patients everywhere. We are grateful for the partners, investors, and team members who make this possible.

When I started Linkiss in 2019, I had a clear belief: that people around the world deserved access to the same quality of care that Korean medicine could offer — and that technology could be the bridge to make that possible.

Today, watching FaceOn connect patients in Jakarta, Kuwait City, Mexico City, and New Delhi with clinics in Seoul, I feel both the weight and the privilege of that early conviction. We are not just building a business. We are reshaping how trust flows across borders in one of the most personal decisions a person can make.

None of this would be possible without the extraordinary team at Linkiss — people who bring creativity, discipline, and care to their work every single day. And it would not be possible without the hospitals, partners, and investors who have placed their confidence in us at each stage of our journey.

We face real challenges ahead: building regulatory trust in new markets, scaling our technology responsibly, and maintaining the quality of experience that defines the FaceOn brand. I do not take these challenges lightly. But I take them on with full confidence in the team we have built.
